It is hard to believe that it is almost time for the new school year to begin. I hope all of you have had an excellent summer. This upcoming year is going to be absolutely amazing. The teachers have been planning and preparing activities that are designed to be fun, engaging, and informative. I will be contacting each of you very soon. I know that through our collaboration we can create an environmental that is conducive to learning.
This year we will use these blogs as a way for the teachers and parents to interact. This will be a great way for parents to stay informed and involved. On the blogs you will find newsletters, contact information, and supply list. The blog will constantly change as the year goes on. Use this resource as a way for you to be an involved member of our classroom community.
The first day of school is on August 15th. This will be a day for you to meet with the teachers and drop off supplies. The students can visit with their new and old friends and also explore their new classroom. You can come anytime from 9:00 till 12:00. August the 16th is our first full day of school. School will begin at 8:15. Please be sure to have your child here on time every morning. It is important that we establish a routine early on so all of the many activities we have planned can be completed.
