Tomorrow

Hey Parents,

Don’t forget that tomorrow is our Roman Feast Day.  Your children are welcome to dress in Roman garb tomorrow.  Here is a link to a site that shows how to make togas.  http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Toga-out-of-a-Bedsheet .  If they would like to dress as a Roman soldier that would be fine too.  I have talked to some of you about bringing supplies.  Please drop off the material in the morning.  I will be posting on this blog again a little later today to let you all know what time we will be in the kitchen.  Several of the grades have cooking projects.  The teachers will discuss who gets the kitchen and when.   I know several of you have asked to join in, so be sure to check the blog night for our cooking time. 

You probably noticed that your child has “study for math test” written in their planner.  We are going to be taking the topic four  test tomorrow, but I am considering it a quiz/homework grade.  Many of the questions we will work as a class.  They are bringing home their journals to study.  If you have any questions just give me a call.  Visit this site with your child and review topic 4.    http://www.pblunit10.com/envis4math/envisionmath.html
